AJ delight Terms and Conditions

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are the standard terms and conditions for Website Design and Development and Digital Marketing all work undertaken by “AJ delight”.

NON-DISCLOSURE

We (and any subcontractors/ re-sellers we engage) agree that we will not at any time disclose any of your confidential information to any third party.

At Project Acceptance Smart Digital Innovations can provide an estimated date, however, we cannot guarantee this date as a final completion date.

All Material both text and images supplied by the client and used to develop the client website will remain the client’s property. All such Material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.

Ownership

Once your project has been completed, it remains the property of and copyright under AJ delight until Complete payment is made. After Complet Payment, all copyright and intellectual property are transferred to you. No ownership of projects is retained by AJdelight, but we do reserve the right to display copies of your work as part of portfolios or promotional material.

Service Cancellation

For any reason, you wish to terminate your project with AJ delight, you will forfeit all ownership of existing concepts and ideas. Your deposit amount will not be refunded under any circumstances, and you will not be eligible to take work that has already been completed. You are not eligible to take existing ideas and have them reproduced by a third party. Any breach of copyright after a service has been canceled will be taken very seriously by our legal team.

Errors

Although THE AJ delight make every effort ensure correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, color matching and so on, there is always some for error in any task undertaken by a human team. You are required to check and double-check your printable material for errors and omissions before it is sent to be printed. AJ delight can not be held liable for errors in the information within your printed material after it has been printed.

In the case of web material, where errors or omissions have been made, we will happily correct them within one month of going live. This is limited to spelling, grammar, and other text information, and does not include any changes to the design or content of your web site.

Compatibility

AJ delight will endeavor to ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing software Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 6 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla browsers, Google Chrome. AJdelight no guarantees of correct function with all browser software.

Making Changes

Changes Will not be made after completion of the Project, you will not be eligible for any changes to design, size, resolution, etc. Changes will be subject to additional fees and charges as outlined in this document.

Your Privacy Policy

We do not share or sell any of your details with third-party companies, without your express permission and we will only email you or contact you about work-related matters. Website Optimization (SEO)

Due to external factors, such as changes to the way search engines rank websites, we cannot offer any guarantees regarding the position we will achieve for websites. The process of optimizing websites itself will bring in more traffic and hits and you’ll see visits increase to your site naturally. We cannot accept liability for any change in rankings or drop off in the position of your website due to changes in the algorithms of the search engines or the factors that they use to rank websites.

We use ‘white hat techniques’ when optimizing websites and always aim to achieve a top ten ranking for your website within six months of undertaking the optimization process. Due to the work involved payment is generally required in advance and we are unable to offer a refund of any moniesto clients in relation to this type of work.

User Uploads Images or Posts

If the Client has uploaded any videos or images that are not our responsibility for any copyright issues or malware or viruses, the Server company will be blocked your website immediately we are not responsible for those issues.

Data Backup

We will give backup whenever the project has completed .we will not take any backup for Monthly or Yearly.we will not responsible for unauthorized access or Viruses or Malware.

Hosting Limitations (Fair Usage Policy)

Due to the nature of our industry and the costs involved with provisioning and maintaining your Service, we do not offer refunds or pro-rated refunds once the site is hosted and the site is up & running. Shared hosting packages are designed to host personal or small business websites & self-need email services. It is not intended to host email services for businesses/large enterprises or to host applications better suited to the cloud, business or dedicated servers.

Package Conditions

  • AJ delight Provide Preformat designs client has to select as per the Package.
  • AJ delight Provide Clients Dashboard according to their Package.
  • AJ delight will not give any Support on hosting we provided. AJ delight Use only Shared hosting. If the client has its own hosting, we start the project on that hosting but package price will not be changed. (Few packages we will not provide hosting)
  • AJ delight gives Technical Support up to 1 year from the date of the project’s start. (6 Months for a Few packages)
  • AJ delight will not update the designs, images, or content after the handover of the project.
  • AJ delight will not provide any Technical Support if they do any Customizations or Installing Codes or Change designs etc.
  • The client Can update the content,images-eCommerce products. If they do any other things they will lose the Free Technical Support for 1 Year. (Lose the Free Technical Support for 6 Months according to the package)
  • Payment Will is not Return back after Purchase of Package.
  • AJ delight will not provide any backup in Technical Support.
  • AJ delight will Provide data backup at the end of Project or Project Finished. AJ delight will provide data Backup Only Once.
  • Once the Purchase of Domain Name will not change at any cost. (According to package)
  • Client has to give Necessary information Logos, images, Product images, Content information within a time period of the project otherwise project will be delayed.
  • Once the Project has been started with the selected design will not be changed.
  • The Website Will be Done in the CMS Platform

CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer which is in any way attributable to any delay in performance or completion of our contract, however that delay arises.

Policy Updates

AJ delight has the right to change or modify any changes Policy updates at any time.
